Date Night Idea: Adventures

We fully believe that not only creating adventures together but also making them happen can be an activity that will really bring you and your (future) hubby and you closer together. If you could go anywhere in the world together, where would it be? Next date night, pull out a world map and make a list of the places you both want to go. Next, go to your local bookstore, grab a coffee, and start pulling travel guides off the shelves. Do you want to ride an elephant in Thailand, wander the streets of Rome, hike the Grand Canyon, or explore the Costa Rican jungle? This is about dreaming BIG! Allow yourself to step outside of reality, worries and routines. Dream of a place neither of you have ever been to before, and let your imaginations run wild. Making it happen.... Start saving your spare change in a "travel jar" or automatically transfer funds to a savings account weekly. How long it takes to save enough money doesn't really matter - set a goal to celebrate your 25th anniversary there if that's what it takes. What matters is that you've taken the time to dream big together and are working together to make it happen.
